Here's what they don't tell you at the Copilot rollout: the license grants access. It does not grant results. The Velocity Pack encodes the heuristics of a Scientist-Practitioner into your Microsoft 365 environment. Your content backlog is growing (not because you're slow, but because every AI tip on the internet was written for someone without your IT restrictions, your SME chaos, and your zero headcount).
The Velocity Pack is the operating system they forgot to include.
The same raw transcript. One Zoom recording. Run through an I/O Psychology lens designed to enforce instructional integrity. 60 minutes to a sharable draft.
One person. A backlog that doubles every quarter. No new headcount approved — ever. Every hour spent on manual formatting is an hour lost to high-level strategy. We automate the development, so you can lead the transformation.
The knowledge lives inside someone else's head. What they hand you is a 2019 slide deck, a 40-minute rambling recording, and seventeen follow-up emails that answer different questions than the ones you asked. The content exists — it just arrives broken.
Most AI productivity advice was written for people without a data governance policy. Your organization has one — and it exists for good reason. As a practitioner who works inside high-compliance organizations, I know that 'cool' AI tools are useless if IT won't let you install them. I engineered the Velocity Pack to be Compliance-First. It runs entirely inside your existing Microsoft 365 tenant. No data leaves your environment, and no third-party APIs are required. It’s the only AI system that respects both your Instructional Standards and your IT Security Policy. The Velocity Pack was designed for Microsoft 365 environments with strict compliance requirements. We show you how to quickly process source materials and work within Copilot to get an output that meets global learning standards. And, if you already use other tools, a documented sanitization process you can show IT if asked.
Not a collection of 'hacks'. A repeatable system of Evidence-based Scaffolding — built on I-O Psychology and instructional design frameworks, engineered for the tools you already use.
"This is just a prompt pack. I can find prompts online for free."
You can find free prompts anywhere. But a free prompt doesn't understand Psychological Safety, Cognitive Load, or Instructional Scaffolding. As an I-O Psychologist, I know that the structure of the prompt determines the usefulness of the output. I built these workflows to enforce the same rigorous standards I use in my consulting practice. If you want content that just 'fills a screen,' use a free prompt. If you want to drive performance, use a system built on Learning Science. Free prompts produce 'content.' The Velocity Pack produces 'learning.' By embedding Bloom’s Taxonomy and Gagné’s Nine Events into the prompt architecture, we ensure your AI output is instructionally sound, not just grammatically correct. Those frameworks determine output quality, not just credibility. Bloom's level determines whether your objectives are measurable. Gagné's sequence determines whether the script produces learning transfer. Kirkpatrick Level 2 determines whether your assessment measures application or recall. Those constraints are baked into the prompt architecture. You cannot replicate that by lifting a prompt from a blog post.
"We already have Copilot. Why do we need this?"
A license is not a workflow. Most organizations purchased Copilot access without a defined process for L&D use which means teams get inconsistent output, struggle with generic responses, and eventually stop using it. The Velocity Pack is the operating system: a repeatable, quality-controlled workflow that produces defensible, learning-science-backed content every time not just when the prompts happen to land right. You run it inside the environment you already have, under the policies you already follow.
"Will this work within our data governance policy?"
Yes — and it was designed with that question in mind. The Velocity Pack runs entirely inside Microsoft 365: Word, Teams, and the standard Copilot interface your IT team already deployed. No third-party integrations. No external API calls. No data leaving your Microsoft tenant. The included Clean-Room Data Template gives you a documented sanitization process you can share with IT or Compliance if asked. If your organization allows employees to use Copilot today, this workflow is already within policy.
No. The Velocity Pack is designed specifically for restricted Copilot environments — Microsoft 365 Copilot with standard data handling policies. If you can open a Word document and type a prompt, you can run this workflow. No plugins, no third-party tools, no IT escalation required.

Prompts are the interface. The value is what surrounds them: L&D quality outputs, Bloom's-aligned objectives, Gagné-sequenced script structure, Kirkpatrick Level-2 assessment design, QC checklists, and a clean-room data handling process. The prompts work because the workflow around them is sound.
The target is 60 minutes from raw SME input to a complete first draft — script, scenarios, and a 5-question assessment. First-time users typically take 90 minutes while learning the workflow. By the third module, most report hitting the 60-minute mark consistently.
Note from Dr. Walker: "Because the Velocity Pack is a digital toolkit delivered instantly, we do not offer 'no-questions-asked' refunds. However, as a Scientist-Practitioner, I stand behind the rigor of this system."" If you work through the Playbook, apply the prompts to your SME data, and find that the output does not meet the instructional standards promised, I will personally make it right. Simply send us your source materials (i.e., what you received from the SME) and the AI Output you received. If we can’t show you how to achieve a high-quality, framework-aligned result using the Velocity Pack, we will issue a full refund. We aren't just selling prompts; we are selling a professional standard. If the standard isn't met, you shouldn't pay.
The Velocity Pack integrates three foundational frameworks: Bloom's Taxonomy (cognitive complexity levels for objective design), Gagné's 9 Events of Instruction (script sequencing and instructional structure), and Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation (Level 2 assessments that measure actual skill transfer, not just recall). This is not a new framework — these are industry standards used in corporate training for 40+ years. The Velocity Pack automates their application through Copilot.

I'm an I-O Psychologist and founder of Lead with Levity — an leadership consulting firm that helps leaders build trust, connection, and high-performing cultures. I spent years designing learning systems inside organizations where L&D was understaffed, working with constrained tools, and zero margin for wasted effort.
